Building Relationships That Last
Calibrations?
Calibration plays a pivotal role in your regulated industry. That is why we employ highly precise calibration standards. Our utilization of these standards guarantees that your instruments are calibrated to the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) standard, ensuring that they meet or surpass the manufacturer’s specifications.
- We also provide customized programs tailored to meet your specific requirements, including single point or loop calibrations and verifications. Our procedure involves a thorough 3-point "as-found" calibration verification. The initial readings are documented and verified against the manufacturer's tolerance. If the readings fall within the specified tolerances, the device is returned to service. However, if any instrument exceeds the allowable tolerance, we promptly notify you in order to take the recommended and necessary steps to document the event.
In cases where the "as-found" readings do not meet the manufacturer's tolerance, the instrument undergoes calibration using the manufacturer's calibration procedure. Upon completing the calibration, the instrument's "as-left" readings are documented, using the same three points from the calibration verification to ensure that the instrument now reads within the manufacturer's allowable tolerance.
